What is The Align Roadmap?

The Align Roadmap is a people-centered Strategic Planning Program, designed to provide leaders, teams, and organizations the clarity and structure needed to live into their mission with equity, identify and pursue opportunities, and have a greater impact quicker with the people they serve.

Phase 1: Pre-Interviews - We begin with pre-interviews with identified stakeholders and the “Driver” to gain clarity on the purpose and intent. Our team creates a virtual profile for each client in our portal and immediately schedule Phase 2.

Phase 2: The Align Roadmap Workshop - We then facilitate a 3 day workshop, (done virtually or in-person in our off-site facility) walking your team through collaborative perspective-building about the past and present, the vision for the future and potential opportunities, and a plan for you to get there. You’ll walk away from Phase 2 with an actionable roadmap, purposefully crafted to deliver measurable results.

Phase 3: Implementation and Management - More than a one-time strategy session, The Align Roadmap employs a full year-long system of quarterly check-ins with our teams and an accessible suite of management tools that equip your team to stay aligned and committed to realizing the strategic vision they helped create.

Phase 4: Tune-up and Re-alignment - At the year mark we bring the original team together again to for one full day session to do a milestone check in on our Year In Review. We build perspective on lessons learned over the last year, make any Re-Alignments needed, and hand the wheel over to you. This will be our stop. You got it from here! But we are always an OnStar away if you need us again.

How do I get connected with an Align Roadmap Navigator?

Once you reach out we will connect you to one of our team of Navigators. As we say in the Align Roadmap: “We are the how, and you are the what.” Therefore it is not our goal to be subject-matter experts, but instead strategic guides who help you and your organization build clarity, develop a tangible roadmap, and implement and maintain a plan that is authentic to your organization's goals. Throughout our engagement with you, we continually work with our Navigator to ensure excellence and impact. Sometimes the Navigator is in the same geographic area as you, but not always; fit is always more important to us than location.

How is the Align Roadmap different from other Strategic Planning events?
