3 Hubs
- DEI Infused - We understand that DEI is not a word. Diversity, Equity Inclusion each have their own meaning and their own place in strategic planning. As opposed to having DEI as a separate planning segment, we have infused it throughout the program to ensure we end up with a road map that has diverse perspectives, creates an equitable ecosystem, and has at its foundation meaningful inclusion.
- Organization Ecosystem - The Align Roadmap uses proprietary tools and processes that address the entire organizational ecosystem; including people, operations, culture, finance, and strategy. This provides the perspectives needed to develop plans that are authentic to who you are as an organization.
- Align Partnership – Seeing your success is how we measure ours. This is why we have designed the Align Roadmap to be a program, not a one-time process, in which we stay connected throughout the entire first year of the implementation before we end our part of the journey. But we know you will be more than capable with the tools you will be provided.
4 Phases
- Pre-Interviews - Understanding who need to be in the room and giving opportunity for individual perspective.
- Align Roadmap Workshop - 3 day workshop where we build perspective and create our actionable roadmap.
- Implementation and Maintenance - Monthly check-ins and quarterly calls on progress of the roadmap.
- Tune-Up and Re-Alignment - YTD performance review of the Roadmap: successes, challenges, KPIs and making adjustments as needed.
